Winemaker's Notes
A special wine from a single barrel of Pinot from the Hallberg Vineyard in Green Valley. Only 24 cases produced.
$ 260.00
We would never be able to forgive ourselves if we didn’t set aside some Pinot Noir from this one single vineyard block and bottle it separately. Both complex and ‘sneaky,’ it possesses our favorite qualities of this variety and region. While seductive in the short term, it should age magnificently due to its balance and gently taut, structural core.

Vivid red. Cherry skin, blackberry and licorice aromas are complicated by dried flowers and a subtle note of cracked pepper. Silky in texture, with sweet red and dark berry flavors and good back-end grip. Gains sweetness and flesh with air and finishes with a strong, clinging note of sweet dark berries. this deserves patience, or at least an hour of decanting. 90+ points. Josh Raynolds
