Winemaker's Notes
Like the Old & Mature Vines which grows in a clay-dominated soil, this small vineyard block performed well too. Bottled a few weeks earlier than the OMV above, this is my favorite vintage of this wine to date. Of course, the signature stone fruit character is there, but there is also white pepper, red raspberry, and background toastiness, all coming together as well. It suggests Pinot Noir in many ways, especially the texture, after several years. 220 cases produced.
